Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed immediately.

ntG Wellness works with manufacturers from the United States at the most affordable prices for their customers. As a result this means products are shipped from many places. ntG Wellness does its best to make this as economical as possible. However, we do ensure that all orders are tracked for your piece of mind.

Typical deliver time frame is between 3-4 business days anywhere in the US.

All orders are processed from our warehouse immediately after purchase, using DHL ecomommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and the fasted available service.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control but every effort will be taken to to communicate these delays to you as they happen.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates 

All shipping is included in the price of the product and ntG Wellness has worked with many shipping companies to keep the costs as low as possible and at the same time supply great shiiping times. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

ntG Wellness will process your order immediately after completing your order and a confirmation will be forwarded to you.

Tracking numbers will be supplied when the products are shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

ntG Wellness  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

ntG Wellness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

ntG Wellness will only deliver to mainland USA.
